How to use:

Ensure your eyebrows and lashes are clean and free from any makeup or oils. Mix a small amount of the desired RefectoCil tint (you can mix-match!) with a few drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant 3% (10 vol) in a non-metallic dish. The ratio is approximately 2cm of dye cream mixed with 10 drops of oxidant. Stir the mixture until it becomes a smooth, creamy consistency. Using an applicator or a disposable brush, carefully apply the mixture to your eyebrows or lashes. Allow the dye to develop for approximately 10-15 minutes. For more intense color, you can extend the development time up to 20 minutes. Once the desired color is achieved, gently remove the dye using a cotton pad or a damp cloth.
